Children and adults with tumors and tumor-like disorders of the bone and soft tissue, such as bone metastases, sarcomas, benign and malignant tumors of the bone or soft tissue, and pathologic fractures, are treated by the Division of Orthopaedic Oncology, which provides them with the highest quality care.

Department of Musculoskeletal Oncology

Orthopedic oncology, also known as Musculoskeletal Oncology, focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of both benign and malignant bone tumors, along with other unusual lesions affecting the musculoskeletal system. Bone cancer and soft tissue sarcomas, though rare, demand a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to diagnosis and treatment.

Multidisciplinary Synergy Collaboration is key. Our Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology departments work closely with the Musculoskeletal Oncology Team. Together, they provide bone cancer and soft tissue sarcoma patients access to the most cutting-edge treatments available globally.
