REGISTRATION :

If you are visiting Anup Institute Of Orthopaedics & Rehabilitation for the first time you need to register . You will we issued an AHR number which should be quoted every time you come to hospital for easy and effective trance ability of your previous medical records.

BOOKING/ADMISSION :

• The admission can only be done either by the consultant or by the duty medical officer.
• Admission charges corresponding to type of rooms for ten days.
• After Admission for operation deposit to paid.
• ICU billing / post operative ward billing is done separately.

We Should Not Carry :

• Any Valuable Ornaments.
• Any eatables and utensils.
• Any clothing/bedding.
• Flowers

Please Bring The Following :

• All your previous medical records
• your Booking Slip.
• The required deposit Amount.

Kindly note that apart from the doctors and the nurses , the following team members would by meeting on an everyday basis.

• Laboratory Services : For sample collection
• Physiotherapist : For Only Physiotherapy requirements
• House Keeping Supervisor : To check the cleanliness of your rooms
• Food Services : To Serve you Food.
