The role of quality management at AIOR is to support the healthcare team as they continually strive to improve their processes of healthcare delivery. Essentially our quality team monitors and evaluates trends within the hospital and focuses on improving our patients' experiences at the hospital and increasing overall patient’s satisfaction.

Quality systems can be the very tools for department managers and quality coordinators to master the challenges of achieving high quality of care in a complex everchanging environment.

Anup Institute of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation was one of the first Single Specialty Orthopaedic Hospital in East India to be accredited by the Quality Council of India and then by the NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers)

It was a big achievement as we at AIOR strive for Quality in healthcare and its Related Processes. We have a full-fledged Hospital Quality Department backed by an experienced team We perform more than seven hundred to eight hundred clinical and healthcare audits to make the whole process better.
